A workbench for working on one repository with a team of coding agents. A Local conversation coordinates, a Setup conversation prepares the machines, and up to eight workers each change the code on a machine of their own. What they did is reviewed and landed from a single page.
A work in progress. The screens are shown with stand-in data.
Workbench overview (light): sidebar with workers idle, working, creating and blocked; work list grouped by who it waits on; project overview.
Inspector on a request ready to land (dark): Land button, the two models it ran on, findings it acts on, guides, and the worker's picture.
Findings filter with the sidebar hidden (light): inspector on an open finding a worker gave back, with Act on it and Hand to….
Hand-to dialog (dark): choose who takes a finding; busy, creating and blocked workers are shown but can't be chosen.
A worker's conversation (dark): summary of the compacted history, mention chips, a model- change line, and a group of tool calls opened.
Local conversation with the composer's model and effort picker open (light); Claude is greyed out with the reason.
The @ mention menu in Local (dark): workers with their state, New worker, and lists of findings, guides and models.
Composer detail (light): a message mentioning a new worker, a model, a finding and a guide, shown as chips that can be removed.
Command menu, ⌘K (light): the selected item's actions first, then go-to targets, each with its key.
A work's own page (light): models it ran on, findings it acts on, guides with their versions (one edited partway), and the worker's picture.
Guides library (dark): rulebooks and methods with their kind and size, and two files that can't be used, each with the reason.
Setup (dark): environment panel asking for a missing secret, an empty conversation, and the error shown when its model can't be used here.
Promote to main (light): the commits main would gain from the candidate branch, with the check result.
Sidebar detail (dark): four workers in four states, a worker's actions menu, branch status and the last landing opened.
Keyboard shortcuts sheet, opened with ? (light).
Local docked over the work, ⌘J (dark): the selected request is attached to the next message as a chip.
Start Local afresh dialog (dark), with a handover note being written.
